Kohli’s sportsmanship crisis deepens as it’s revealed he enforces LBW in backyard cricket

It just gets worse for King Kohli after sources close to the fiery out of form batsman revealed he chucked another tantrum in the lead up to the Boxing Day test.

During this tantrum, King Kohli who is far lessed skilled with the bowl, refused to continue playing a game of backyard cricket until his appeal for LBW was honoured.

A witness at the game said it was an undignified scene, adding,

“LBW has no place in backyard cricket but he wasn’t able to get a breakthrough wicket to return himself to the crease. Don’t even get me started on what he does when he’s batting too”

The witness clearly struggled with their own temper before erupting into another rant,

“He’ll honestly just bat for as long as he can. He doesn’t give catches, he blocks and refuses to abide by tip & run, 6 and out or auto wickie. He has a serious problem with his sportsmanship at the moment”

We understand that the 14 year old at the centre of the LBW controversy eventually walked with Kohli giving him an almighty send off.

The Indian Cricket Team has attempted to poor cold water on the controversy by saying that the child was clearly camping in front of the wicket and King Kohli’s actions were therefore valid.

Pull the other one, Virat.
