Donald Trump has gone on a pardoning rampage today on his first day as President.
Plenty of controversy has erupted over his choices, including one to pardon Hungry Jack’s for their decision to close down Freo HJs.
The decision to pardon an unforgivable crime has sent shockwaves through the Perth community.
We spoke to a former Metros enthusiast who told The Times it was just wrong. Adding,
“What next? Pardon Roots for pulling out of Perth Airport? Is crime legal now? What a travesty of justice”
A spokesperson for the White House told The Times that Freo was a leftist stronghold so any actions done to harm it were worthy of Trump’s mercy. Adding,
“President Trump supports anything to make Freo a worse place”
Well, he may be shocked to find out how revered the venue was amongst his core Perth base.
After all, they launched weekly insurrections after being so full of drink and ice they could pass off as the free refill machine.
